IF YOU ARE READY TO FLY SOLO, WE WILL LET YOU COME AND USE THE GYM TO TRAIN ON YOUR OWN. WE WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC PROGRAMS FOR YOU TO FOLLOW AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE GETTING THE BEST RESULTS FROM ALL YOUR VISITS. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE SUPPORTED AND SUPERVISED BY ONE OF OUR GENIUS TRAINERS.
OUR SOLO PROGRAMS ARE GOING TO LET YOU GROW YOUR FITNESS CONSISTENTLY WITH A PROGRESSIVE SYSTEM. YOU WILL BEGIN WITH MODERATE LEVEL OF INTENSITY AND FOCUS ON YOUR FORM AND TECHNIQUE. WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CREATE AN EFFECTIVE MIX OF EXERCISES THAT TOGETHER WITH THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF OUR GENIUS TRAINERS WILL CONSISTENTLY INCREASE YOUR LEVEL OF FITNESS.
